Entre environ 13 h 45 et 14 h aujourd’hui, un appel de Priorité 1 est demeuré en attente pendant plusieurs minutes avant qu’une ressource paramédicale disponible puisse y être affectée sur le territoire d’Urgences-santé.
Une Priorité 1 correspond à une situation urgente présentant un risque potentiel pour la vie.
Au même moment, Urgences-santé fonctionnait en MAP 2, un niveau de mesures d’atténuation de la pression opérationnelle.
La situation est maintenant classée rétrospectivement par LDA comme une Alerte Zéro Noir.

Between approximately 1:45 p.m. and 2 p.m. today, a Priority 1 call remained unassigned for several minutes before an available paramedic response resource could be assigned to the call in the Urgences-santé service area.
A Priority 1 call is an urgent situation involving a potential threat to life.
At the same time, Urgences-santé was operating at MAP 2, a level of operational pressure mitigation measures.
LDA has now retrospectively classified the situation as a Alert Zero Black.
